Graduated from the Glasgow School of Art and completed her final thesis project in Kyoto, Japan in 2020.

Since starting her independent career, Karina was nominated for the Latvian Architectural Award for a self-build project addressing the circular economy together with NOMAD Architects.

The rapid growth of her Instagram facilitated collaborations with various practices on participatory architectural and urban projects including Grizedale Arts (UK) and Urbz (Switzerland, India).
